GAMBERONI LIMONE :-  Tiger prawns in a garlic & lemon sauce with a hint of ginger.

PATE DELLA CASA :- Our home made chicken liver pate served with hot focaccia.

MOZZARELLA FRITTA :- Shallow fried breaded mozzarella served on a bed of spicy tomato sauce.

FUNGHI BOSCAIOLA :-  Mushrooms sauteed in butter, herbs, white wine & topped with a creamy cheese & tomato sauce.

MAIN COURSE choice of:
FILLETTO CON FUNGHI :- Salmon fillet glazed with a blend of horseradish and Dijon mustard, topped with a herb crust & served on a bed of creamy peppercorn sauce.

POLLO ALL ROMANO :-  Corn fed chicken breasts cooked in sweet peppers, mushrooms, white wine & tomato sauce with a hint of fresh mint.
